We believe interviews are a two-way street, and just as much your chance to learn about us as it is ours to learn about you. Here’s how we get to know each other:
Screening call
A quick chat over Teams to discuss your experience and answer any initial questions. This informal conversation lets you get a feel for who we are, and us for you.
Initial interview
A face-to-face meeting where we dive deeper into your skills and motivations. It’s also your opportunity to meet key team members and see the environment you could be working in.
Task & presentation
A practical exercise followed by a presentation, held in person with several team members. This is your chance to showcase how you approach real-world challenges and for you to experience our collaborative culture first-hand.
