Independent Sports and Entertainment marketing agency Ignition has officially moved into its new headquarters at Silverstone Circuit, and yes, the views are as good as you’re imagining.
This move, just a few miles from their previous home, is about more than shiny new desks and a fresh coat of paint (though there’s plenty of that too). It’s a marker of Ignition’s evolution as a creative force across sport and entertainment, with a HQ now as dynamic as the work it delivers.
Set in the beating heart of Motorsport Valley, Ignition’s new space is nestled at the world-famous Silverstone Circuit. But don’t be fooled into thinking this is just about F1. The agency’s roots may be in motorsport, but its branches reach much further, from Premier League football at Tottenham Hotspur and high-impact brand activations at NEC Resorts World, to world-class racing with Castrol and immersive partnerships in entertainment and live events.
“We’re a team that thrives on energy, momentum, and big ideas, and what better place to reflect that than Silverstone?”
said Carrie Russell, Founder of Ignition.
“We wanted a space that inspires creativity and collaboration, and frankly, somewhere that felt like a bit of a ‘wow’ every time you walk through the door. Mission accomplished.”
The building itself has undergone a top-to-bottom transformation. Once a functional motorsport space, it’s now a purpose-built creative hub designed with people in mind, full of character, and colour. Think industrial soul meets agency spirit, with just enough trackside edge to remind you where you are.
The move reflects Ignition’s commitment to staying agile, independent, and proudly based outside of London, proving that world-class work doesn’t need a London postcode. With clients across motorsport, sport and entertainment, Ignition continues to deliver high-impact, insight-led marketing and event campaigns, acting as an extension of each client’s team.
“We’ve built a culture around partnership, curiosity, and asking the right questions,”
said Carrie.
“Our clients know we’re not just here to tick boxes, we’re here to elevate the brief, bring unexpected thinking to the table, and deliver work that people remember.”
And while the office move might be the headline, the real story is about ambition. This is a team on the move, literally and figuratively, and the new Silverstone HQ is just the latest stop on a journey that’s only gaining pace.
