A year ago, Ignition Collective made the move to Silverstone Park. As our team continued to grow, we wanted a base that reflected our ambitions and placed us at the heart of the motorsport industry. Since then, being at Silverstone has brought us closer to clients, partners and rights holders, while strengthening our connections across the wider sport and entertainment sectors.
“We wanted a space that matched the energy of the business. Silverstone provides a really visible location right at the heart of motorsport, surrounded by the people, teams and businesses we work with. It felt like the right place for Ignition as we grew.” Carrie Russell, Owner and Founder of Ignition Collective.

Twelve months on, the difference is visible in the simplest ways. We’ve grown by more than 15+ people, expanded our work across motorsport, football, and entertainment and taken on projects that are broader and more ambitious than ever before. But perhaps the bigger shift can be found in the day to day feeling around the business.
Matt, our Senior Graphic Designer and longest-standing team member, has been with Ignition since the beginning. He has seen the business grow from a small operation into a full agency.
“When Ignition started it gave me the opportunity to keep doing something I was passionate about. From the beginning, it's always been about creating standout results, going the extra mile and getting it done. That hasn't changed, which is why we still work with many of the same clients who trusted us from the start. Looking at where we are today, it's been a privilege to be part of that journey.”
For Kate, our Strategic Partnerships Director, who joined the team more recently, that environment is something she noticed immediately.
“Coming into Ignition's offices at Silverstone, it was obvious that such a dynamic agency needed to be based in a dynamic environment. We’re close to the people we need to connect with, whether that's clients or associated rights holders. We can be in the heart of the action, surrounded by the brands, teams and decision-makers that drive the industry forward.”

It has also been a year of recognition. Ignition was shortlisted for Boutique Agency of the Year at The Race Media Awards and recognised by RapidRatings as being among the top 20% of suppliers, reflecting the progress we've made over the past 12 months.
Beyond client work, being based at Silverstone has created opportunities to play a great role in the community around us. From the Women’s Innovation Network to Silverstone Park’s Futures event, we've been able to support and connect with emerging talent across the industry.
We’ve also continued to invest in what matters to us as a business. This year we launched our Charity of the Year partnership with Brain Tumour Research, supporting awareness and fundraising for an important cause. We sponsored Silverstone Revolution Racing in this year’s STEM Racing competition, and took part in judging at regional and national finals, helping young people develop skills across engineering, motorsport and innovation. We also established Ignition Collective’s US LLC, marking another step in our international growth.
We’re still independent. Still collaborative. Still built around people, ideas and ambition. One year at Silverstone has reinforced what we've always believed: great work comes from bringing the right people together in the right environment.
And one year on, it feels like we're only just getting started.
