Mental Health First Aider
We have trained Mental Health First Aiders within the team. This means we’re better placed to support one another and guide people towards the mental health support they need.
Emergency First Aid
The team is trained in First Aid at Work, ensuring there is the knowledge and capability to respond quickly and appropriately in the event of an incident. This helps maintain a safer working environment for everyone.
Fire Marshal
Team members hold the QNUK Fire Marshal Award, helping ensure appropriate fire safety knowledge and emergency preparedness across our team and events.
Neurodiversity Awareness
Senior team members have completed neurodiversity training, and we have dedicated Neurodiversity Champions in place. This helps build greater awareness and understanding across the team, supporting more inclusive ways of working and communication.
Professional development

European Sponsorship Association
Ongoing professional development is supported through diplomas with the European Sponsorship Association, helping team members build deeper expertise in sponsorship and keep skills current across the industry.
Event Management Foundation Certificate
Professional development is supported through an accredited Event Management qualification, helping team members build practical expertise in event planning, delivery and operations while gaining recognised industry credentials.
